Embracing the Trinity

Hey y'all! I'm Scott Moore, co-founder of G&S Global and creator of Trinity Wellness. I am chomping at the bit to tell y'all a little about myself and how Trinity came to be. So lets go!

I found my professional calling as a massage therapist in my twenties, but I had been told I had the gift long before. I had worked in ERs prior. So, we were always trying to relieve the stress with a quick shoulder rub when we weren't running around like headless chickens. I finally broke away from that chaos and obtained my license.

I had a wonderful career. Even when relationships and tragedy kept me bouncing from coast to coast, I never had trouble maintaining a stable client base. Until a back injury, I had been self-treating with massage and alcohol for years finally said "Enough!" My mental and physical health was a tragic rollercoaster as I desperately meandered through mundane jobs and futile attempts at re-education in hopes of finding something equivalent of the joy being a massage therapist gave me. I finally gave in to my demons, deemed myself a house husband and went so deep into the bottle I busted through the bottom.

Fear not dear readers, as I am not writing beyond the grave, the light is coming!

During all this, my patient and loving husband was trying to figure out what we were going to do after he retires. Yet, how could he build any future when the person he feel in love with was no longer there. I never comprehended "rock bottom" until I looked into his eyes as he told me he didn't trust who I was and he would rather live the rest of his life without me if I didn't change.

Ladies and Gents! A bolt of lightning filled with fear, devastation, and utter loneliness sizzled through my brain and I reset. Everything, all my wallowing in self pity and doubt, became irrelevant and I saw myself . I saw that young, strong, passionate man and swore never to let him go again. The hubby and I have been full steam ahead ever since.
